Our booch is fermented in oak barrels using a blend of organic teas, raw cane sugar, and produce inspired by our community, nature, and health. The result is a living drink that is naturally rich in beneficial probiotics, detoxifying acids, B vitamins, and antioxidants. Always raw and unpasturized. Nothing artificial ever. Sip, share, and savor the present moment.

While most kombuchas are brewed in glass or stainless steal, all of our kombucha is hand crafted and fermented in repurposed oak barrels from our friends at FEW Spirits Distillery. This provides an optimal habitat for the SCOBYs to work their magic. Due to the delicate nature of the beneficial bacteria, you won't ever find us pasteurizing or homogenizing our product. Each artisanal, small batch will vary slightly. We invite you to come taste the love and passion poured into this unique art.
Our 16 oz pint jars, 32 oz howlers, and 64 oz growlers are avilable in the taproom, at farmers markets, and by preorder on our website. We are a certified zero waste shop and have a strong sense of sustainability so we encourage you to bring your Kombucha Brava bottles back for a discount on your next fill! Two families, one beautiful business collab. Our founders, husband and wife team Doug and Regina, embarked on the journey of opening Kombucha Brava in 2016. They found an outpouring of support from the community and created our delicious booch base recipe. In 2022, they welcomed Rebecca and her father, Jeff, to take over the daily operations. Today you can find Rebecca and Jeff brewing up the booch, working the taps, and delivering out to the community. You might also Rebecca's brother, Ian, filling up your bottles at farmers' markets and working as a brew apprentice in the shop. Together, we are committed to making a product that reflects our passion, talents, and the integrity of our values. We hope that when you drink Kombucha Brava you will taste the love we put into it! We are proud to be a small, family run business.
